Couples Therapy

Romantic Sunset

Learn to reach for the people you love. Nothing grows people like love.

When we are loved, we blossom.

-Dr. Sue Johnson

Relationships can be the most important, wonderful and rewarding parts of our lives. They can bring us immense joy, yet they can also cause incredible pain and sorrow. Healthy relationships are essential to living a happy, stable life.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am empathic, caring and nonjudgmental while maintaining structure of the session and not taking sides. I teach couples new ways to communicate that eliminates destructive communication such as criticism, blame, defensiveness and anger outbursts. Using the most effective methods of couples therapy, I can help you improve communication, increase understanding of yourselves and each other, and create a safer more secure bond. I bring a sense of warmth, support and humor to our work together. My hope is to support you and your partner in healing and rebuilding your relationship.
